He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Jones, Sr. and Beulah Jones (Broadwater). He is survived by: his wife Lula Jones; his children, Michele Jones (Paul), Kandace Jones (Brad) and Chuck Powell (Suzie); his grandchildren, Jordan, Kaitlyn and Coreesa; and his brother-in-law Bill Shreve (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in his name to Allegany County Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 566 Cumberland, MD 21502-0566.
