She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman V. Oster and Katherine S. Oster (Ruby). She is survived by: her son Garry Wayne Oster; and her brothers, Dewayne Oster of Baltimore, Garry Oster (Judy) of Baltimore and Eugene Oster (Joan E.) of Baltimore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wanda's name may be made to Grace Ministry Church, 400 Seymour Street, Cumberland, MD 21502.
