He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moyer and Mary (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moyer (Evely); his children, Erin Whisman (Joe) of Frederick and Ashley Harford (Kris) of Mt. Airy; his siblings, Virginia Seal of West Virginia, Betty Jone Gladden of West Virginia and John Moyer of Pennsylvania; and his grandsons, Aiden Whisman, Owen Harford and Brett Whisman.
