John Fort Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2021, at the age of 80, John Fort of Damascus, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Faust Fort and Cora Elizabeth Phipps Fort. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Michael (C. C.), Philip (Terry), James (Deena), Susan (late Jeff) and John F. (Stacey); and his siblings, Mary Jean Poole (Tommy) and Dennis Fort (Marilyn). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
