He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Howard Aldridge and Ruth Aldridge (Pitzer) of Virginia; his wife Patricia Aldridge (Houchens); his sisters, Nancy Hedgelen (Bud) and Jane Farrow; his daughters, Tracy Baker (Bobbie), Krista Aldridge and Kimberly Aldridge; his brother Gary Aldridge; his son Mark Richard Aldridge (Salima); and his stepsons, Rob Gregory (Jessica), David Gregory (Kimberly) and Michael Gregory (LaKeshia). He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 5 nieces.
