He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Sailer and Katherine Sailer (Hall) of New York; his wife Bernadette Sailer (Janice Landino); his siblings, Robert and Wendy Sailer; and his sons-in-law, Douglas Bloodsworth Jr. and John Devincent.
He is survived by: his children, James Messenger (Deborah), Catherine DeVincent, Marge Martin (Kerry), Kenny Sailer (Diane), Bob Sailer (Debbie), Rodger Sailer and Robin Bloodsworth; his grandchildren, Mark Messenger (Mary), Michael Messenger (Suzanne), Lauren Loglisci, Casandra Whitesell (John), Brianne Blackmer, Kacee Blackmer, Dan Huling (Jess), Clint Huling, Monica Paul (Rob), Bill Sailer (Anne), Amy Sailer, Eddy Sailer, Eric Bloodsworth (Jill), James Giannini and Michele Price (Matt); and his friend Bill. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; as well as many other family members.
