He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Nicholas Blazejak and Margaret Barbara Barczak Blazejak; and his brother Norman. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Andrew Blazejak (Dot); his sons, Mark Blazejak (Mary Kay) and Bryan Blazejak (Lori); his grandchildren, Nathan Blazejak (Summer), Tim Blazejak (Sarah), Lesley Signorello (Matt), Clint Blazejak (Rebecca) and Luke Blazejak (Aislinn); his great grandchildren, Mark Blazejak, Morganne Blazejak, Andrew Signorello, Katelyn Signorello, Michael Shatley, Barrett Blazejak, Addison Blazejak and Hannah Blazejak; and his brothers, Ronald, Larry and Clarence.
