He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Summerland Carr; and his sister Terie Lynn Carr. He is survived by: his father George W. Carr; his wife Emily; his children, Melissa Vanskiver (Ray), Amanda Stafford (Trevor) and Buddy Vanskiver (Amanda); his grandchildren, Morgan, Lauren, Aubrey, Olivia and Emma; and his siblings, Cherie Carter and Daniel Carr (Terri). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
