He was predeceased by: his wife Gwen Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Leon Collins, Sr. of Seaford and Verna Lee Clark Humphries of Greensboro; his daughter Jennifer Collins Yancy of Boston, VA; his siblings, Patrick Earl Collins (Michelle) of Denton, MD and Lisa Hubbard (Rodney) of Greensboro; his stepbrother Carl Lee "Termite" Davis of Denton; his siblings' children, Matthew Newnam of Cambridge, MD, Christopher Newnam of Snow Hill, MD, Terry Collins of Denton, Dustin Collins of North Carolina and Candy Newnam of Snow Hill; and his great-nephew Jaden Newnam of Greensboro.
