He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Raymond Foy, Sr. and Virgie Droneburg Foy; his siblings, Edward M. Foy and Carol A. Jeffries; his daughter Susan Winkler (Greg); and his granddaughter Emily C. Dillon.
He is survived by: his children, Fred R. Foy, III, Patricia A. Foy, James K. Foy (Sherri), Diane M. Regester, Steven M. Foy (Julie), William P. Foy (MaryEllen), Mary L. Foy, Janet M. Dorzey (Richard), Daniel E. Foy (Betty), Lisa E. Foy and Laura J. Sites. He is also survived by 61 grandchildren, and 63 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
