We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2025, at the age of 97, John B Maltas of Dundalk, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Zoe Maltas; his parents, Vassilios Maltas and Evanthia Maltas; and his siblings, Nick Maltas, Kostatinos Maltas, Michael Maltas and Kalliopi Kardasis (Beba).
He is survived by: his children, Vassilios "Bill" Maltas (Gina), Kalliopi Lintzeris (George), Evanthia Maltas-Gross (Jeff) and Maria Cokinos (Jimmy); and his granddaughters, Eleni Maltas, Zoe Lintzeris and Stephanie Lintzeris.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk (7110 Sollers Point Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (520 Ponca St, Baltimore, MD 21224).
