He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Doug Sampson. He is survived by: his child Thanks; his wife Shirley Tomko; his children, Lori Sampson, Gina Tomko (Kathy Everett) and Kevin Tomko; his grandchildren, Ryan Rice, Rachel Sampson and Caidy Thompson; his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Wyatt and Titus; his mother Dorale Cutsail; and his siblings, Connie Meyers, David Tomko, John Tomko and Jill Veit.
