She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Kukucka and Alma Clark Kukucka. She is survived by : her close friend Anthony Anderson; and her brothers, Mark Kukucka of Kingsville, MD and Douglas Kukucka of Kingsville, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613.
