It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby D. Saunders of East New Market, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lordest Badger and Ruby Phillips Badger; and her daughter Amanda Day Saunders. She is survived by : her husband James "Sarge" Saunders, Sr.; her son James Saunders, Jr. of Preston; her grandchildren, Amanda, James and Ryan; and her great grandchild Trip. She is also survived by five brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.
