He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis L. Wingate, Sr. and Myra Insley Wingate. He is survived by : his son Billy Wingate (Kim); his grandchildren, Kris Wingate and Myra Wingate; and his sister Louise Griffith of College Park. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
