She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman F. Mielke and Dorothy Williams Mielke. She is survived by : her brothers, Allan Mielke (Ellen) and Robert Mielke (Mandy); and her friend Suzanne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, goddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks gifts be made in her memory to Compass Regional Hospice, Centreville, MD; who took incredible care of her at the end or to the Herman and Dorothy Mielke Scholarship Fund at Chesapeake College, Wye Mills, MD.
