It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Winburn (Edgewater, Maryland), born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Rick Hall; and her siblings, Virgie Orfield and Freeman. She is survived by: her grandson Pete Hall (Stacey) of Edgewater, MD; and her stepdaughter Carolyn Ramberg of Virginia. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
