He was predeceased by : his father Robert; and his sister Elizabeth Houchens. He is survived by : his wife Rosetta Lee Winters; his children, Kevin Winters (Tammie) of Harwood and Tammy Zimmerman (Gary) of Sunderland; his grandchildren, Christopher Gascon (Katie) of Edgewater, Kyle Winters of Harwood, Meagan Zimmerman of Lusby and Kelsey Winters of Harwood; his great grandchild Jameson Gascon; and his siblings, William Winters (Barbara), Audrey Brushe, Virginia Dehart, Delores Osborne and Barbara Gillott (Clarence). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
