He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helene C. Rogan; his children, Richard Rogan of Waldorf, MD, Lauren Whipple of Edgewater, MD and James M. Rogan of Glen Burnie, MD; his sister Kathleen Rorick of Las Vegas, NV; and his grandchildren, James M. Whipple, Christina Whipple, Andrew Rogan, Jessica Headley, Joseph Pecosh, Sara Rogan, Nicholas Pecosh, Melissa Haskin and Katelyn Boodoo. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.
