He was predeceased by: his parents, William Avery and Margaret Avery; and his sister Debbie Avery. He is survived by: his fiancée Heather Martin; his children, Daniel Avery (Jia) of Rockville and Stephanie Avery of Tampa, FL; and his brother David Avery (Ana) of Rockville.
