He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stockett Sr and Mary Lou Stockett; and his brother Michael Patrick Stockett. He is survived by: his son Randall Scott Stockett Jr. of Edgewater, MD; and his siblings, Elitha Stockett of Euless, Jake Stockett of Glen Burnie, MD, Evelyn Southard (Mac) of Dundalk, MD, Patricia Hirtzel (Fred) of Church Hill, MD, Gary Stockett (Patty) of Middletown, MD and Jamie Stockett (Tina) of Arnold, MD. He is also survived by many aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
