It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Santa Louise Parham (Edgewater, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elise Parham and John Parham; her sons, Earl Lee DeQuasie Jr, David Glenn DeQuasie and Charles Curtis DeQuasie; and her sisters, Jeanne Steen, Betty Borregard, Earline Crouch, Evelyn Menage and Margaret Walker.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Paul DeQuasie; her daughter-in-law Faye DeQuasie; and her sister Patsy Lewis. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
