He is survived by: his parents, James Perrigo and Diane Perrigo; his siblings, Christa Bacchus of Churchton, MD and Lance Perrigo of Odenton, MD; his nephew Mitchell Hendry of Savannah, GA; and his niece Cheray Perrigo of Churchton, MD..
