He is survived by: his children, Mark Carr (Laura) of Edgewater, MD, Vicki L. Taylor of Edgewater, MD and Sheri A. Kloby (Mike) of Edgewater, MD; and his grandchildren, John Taylor, David Carr, Amy Tesar, Christine Kloby, Rebecca Sprague, Sarah Kloby and Shannon Carr. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister.
