Hawkins Sr. of Edgewood, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Charles Edward Hawkins, Jr.. He is survived by : his son Brian Hawkins (Stephanie); his sister Patricia A. Rock (Ken); and his fiancé Sandy Stansbury. He is also survived by niece, nephews and a great niece.
