She is survived by: her husband Gerald W. Brackins; her child Edward Jolly, III; her wife Cindy; her siblings, Patricia Proctor and Margaret Fulford (Edward); and also, Michael, Stephen, Deborah, Ronald Jolly (Lauri), Timothy Brackins (Laurie), Renee Cook (Edward) and Tina Brackins. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 1100 Philadelphia Rd, Joppa, MD 21085.
