She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Karl and Frieda Franke (Kalb); and her son Samuel F. Garcia, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Procell (Larry), Michael W. Garcia (Kim) and Mark J. Garcia; her stepson Ralph Mroz (Angela); and her brother Frank Wilhelm Franke of Frankfurt, Germany.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
