It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rocco Anthony Maggio of Edgewood, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore and Angelina Maggio (Cicero); his daughters, Christine Maggio and Grace Maggio; and his siblings, Peter Maggio, John Maggio, Theodore Maggio, Frank Maggio, Joe Maggio, Mary Scharmer, Rose Brady and Catherine Zealor.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maryfrances Betts (Harvey) and Margaret Mary Tucker (Ken); his grandchildren, Rocco, Antonia Geppi, Ryan Urbanski, Harvey, Krista and Caleb Betts; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Dominic, Adriana, Olivia and Nicholas.
