He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Walters, III and Lorraine E. Walters; and his sister Patricia Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Alvina Marie Colkley; his brother Tommy; his children, Justin Walters (Marie) and Tamia Walters; his stepchildren, Christel Colkley and Christopher Colkley; his grandchildren, Destiny Walters, Shakora Henriques, Carissa Walters and Justin Walters, Jr.; his great grandchild Zuri Amyrea Scott; his siblings, Lawrence Walters (Lucy), Thomas Walters (Barbara), Mark Walters, Kathy Andrysiak (Jim) and Susan Walters; his nephews, Brad Hunt, Ronnie Hunt and Tony Page; and his friend Alvina Marie Walters. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
