He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Charles Robert Lynch, Sr.; his son Matthew Joseph Lynch of Eldersburg; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Tyler, Patrick, Francesca and Bianca; his siblings, Michael Lynch, Anne Collins, Mary Whitcraft, Elizabeth Myers and Edward; and his wife Nancy. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
