She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Paul McDowell Reigart and Mary Donnelly Reigart of York; and her sister Mary Anne Reigart. She is survived by : her sister Nancy Learned; her husband David Hickman Belt; her children, Donald (Barbara) and Cynthia Bomhardt (Craig); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Caitlin, Rachel, Jacob, Kylie and Samantha.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Roland Park Presbyterian Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
