She was predeceased by : her mother Elizabeth Harbin. She is survived by : her husband Mike Fortier (Mike); her son Shawn Fortier; and her granddaughters, Moira and Astrid Fortier.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the MMP, Inc. (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075). A memorial service was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Carol's legacy is one of charity and compassion.
