She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Richard Waskey Jr. (Jaime Petty), Gregory Waskey (April), Cathleen Maben and Christine Bowers (late RT Bowers); her grandchildren, Brian Bowers, Sean Bowers, Nicole Bowers, Henry Waskey and Alexandra Waskey; her brother David Bland; her parents, Van Kirk Bland and Lulu Harper; and her husband Dick.
With limitations made to funeral practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all guests are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing per current public health guidelines.
