She was predeceased by : her parents, Anna Ganzman Rothwell and Ernest Dempsey; her husband Charles Ralph Riley; her daughter Ann Riley; and her brothers, Bus Dempsey and Emmett Dempsey.
She is survived by : her children, Karen Spence (Kenny) of Elkton, MD and Ralph Riley of Elkton, MD; and her grandchildren, Melissa Derr, Debra Donald, Chuck Spence, Kenny Riley and Kendra Riley. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
