He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pelletier and Rose Deshaies Pelletier; his daughter Theresa Pelletier; and his brother Louis Pelletier. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Holmes Pelletier; and his children, Shelia Barclay of Elkton, MD, Bill Pelletier (Debbie) of Long Neck, DE, Denise Pelletier (Mark Oakey) of Damascus, MD, Robert Pelletier of Elkton, MD and Michele James (Curtis) of Virginia Beach, VA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Paws for Purple Hearts, or to Catholic Charities USA, in care of Hicks Home for Funerals, P.A. at the above address.
