Meekins of Elkton, MD; his sons, Phillip W. Meekins, Jr. (Melissa) of Rising Sun, MD, Zachary J. T. Meekins (Ashley) of Elkton, MD and Jacob A. Meekins of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Piper, Jacey, Alaina, Avery, Aubrey and Wyatt; and his siblings, Larry Meekins of Colorado Springs, CO, Richard Meekins (Kelly) of North East, MD., Deborah Kurtz of North East, MD., Cynthia Helsel of North East, MD., Vicky Arrowood of North East, MD. and Michelle Osborne of North East, MD..
