He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Holt and Gloria Holt; and his brother Charles Holt Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Holt; his sons, Chris Russell, Ryan Holt and Joshua Holt (Connie); his grandchildren, CJ, Harly, Aidan (Gabby), Isaac, Easton and Everly; and his sisters, Merle Sue Holt and Gloria Kay Gray. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wesley Church of Elkton (41 Justice Way, Elkton, MD 21921). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
