He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Wilt, and June Wilt, Sr. (Fratz); and his grandson Billy Durkin. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ruth Wilt (Woods); his daughter Rebecca Lynn Hubbard (Francis "Bud" Stahlman); his stepchildren, Ross Knotts, Jr. (Amy) and Krista Cochran (Ron) of Owings, MD; his sisters, Helen Dickson of Anderson, SC and Louise Luke of McHenry, MD; and his grandchildren, Joey Fazenbaker, Austin Durkin, Haley Sellet, Joshua, Benjamin, Dakota Knotts, Eliza and Abbi Cochran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (219 Cemetery Rd, Accident, MD 21520).
