He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Burke Allen, Sr. and Arlene Allen (McLaughlin). He is survived by : his wife Frances Allen (Gasch); his children, Katherine Anne Allen (Michael McAllister) and Charles Burke Allen, III (Staci); and his sister Anne Allen Stephens (Wesley).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slack Funeral Home (3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
