He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Tolen and Joseph Tolen. He is survived by: his wife Jane England Tolen; his daughter Laura Scarpaci (Tony); his granddaughters, Sarah and Ella; and his siblings, Pamela Brown, Stephanie Deabreu (Ronald) and Doug.
