It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph S. Garbo of Ellicott City, Maryland, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Garbo and Rose Garbo; and his wife Carolyn Lee Garbo. He is also survived by family members including nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
