In the sacred silence of farewell, Juliana is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Altas Simmons and Marion Dooley Simmons; her half-sister Margret Marnitz; and her brothers, Michael and John.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Kathleen Jones (Tom) of Windsor, Mary Ann Etchison (Jess) of Ogleville and James Simmons (Michele) of Rockwell, Texas.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shrine of St. Anthony (12290 Folly Quarter Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21042).
