She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Francis Welsh, Sr.; her parents, Ira L. Bryant and Madaline T. Bryant; her sister Mary; and her daughter Terrie Lynn Schletzer Frederick.
She is survived by: her daughter Kristina (Robert F. Welsh, Jr.); her daughter-in-law Linda; Anne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 4795 Ilchester Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21043. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Baltimore National Cemetery (5501 Frederick Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228).
