Walter Reed Foster Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2025, at the age of 77, Walter Reed Foster of Ellicott City, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Foster and Roy Foster. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Pariser-Foster; his daughter Rebecca Fecteau (Russell); his siblings, Anita Tessier, Roy Foster (Catherine), Elizabeth Foster, Lucille Prince, Pam Samuels (Billy), William White and Shirley House (Eddie); his grandchildren, Sidney Isabella Fecteau and Jacob Foster Fecteau; and his sister-in-law Bryna Groveston (Robert). He is also survived by 26 loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Temple Isaiah (12200 Scaggsville Rd, Fulton, MD 20759).
