She was predeceased by : her parents, William Guy and Roselea Wetzel (Manning); and her siblings, Ellen Marie Staub, Doris Mae Wetzel, Agnes Louise Glass, William Ray and Howard Leroy Wetzel.

She is survived by : her husband James Wormley; her daughters, Debra Ridenour (Rodney) of Emmitsburg, Roxanne Andrew (Doug) of Emmitsburg and Tammy Hewitt (Harry) of Emmitsburg; her grandchildren, Justin Ridenour (Breton), Hope Long (Eric), Jessica Andrew Stup, Casey Wolfe (Gary), Harry Hewitt, Jr. and Eric Hewitt (Christina); and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Kai, Alaina, Wyatt Ridenour, Hunter, Tucker Long, Gage Stup, Natalee Wolfe, Haven Andrew, Harry James III, Holden, Addison and Chase Hewitt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sandy's name may be made to the Emmitsburg Ambulance Company.
