She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lowe and Hassie Lowe; her husband Reed I. Blackburn; and her daughter Linda Hooper. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Austin Hooper, Chase Hooper, Dylan Hooper, Ashlind Gould and Logan Stulock; and also, Ellyn Hooper, Laura Hooper, Ed Gould, David Hooper, Kim Huffman, Sarah and George Stulock. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
