He is survived by: his wife Fannie; his children, Diana Faber (Charles Faber) of Long Green, MD and Allen Poklemba (Cheri Gaver Poklemba) of Westminster, MD.; his grandchildren, Christopher Poklemba (Kristen) of Hamstead, MD, Alexa Poklemba Hartner (James Hartner) of Middletown and Brooke Poklemba of Los Angelas, CA.; his great grandchildren, Anslea Hartner, Addison Hartner, Olivia Hartner, Beckett Hartner, Cadence Poklemba, Kensington Poklemba and Gavin Hill; and his parents, George Poklemba and Julia Poklemba.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in honor of Mr. Elmer Poklemba to Charities of Personal Choice.
