She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Joseph Matthew Polanka Jr.; her children, Joseph Matthew Polanka III (Leah), Michael Anthony Polanka, Lisa Ann Hoppert (Jeff) and Diane Elizabeth Benton (Don); her grandchildren, Nicholas Polanka, Christopher Hoppert, Brittanee Barefoot, Brandi Hoppert and Michael Polanka Jr.; and her great grandchildren, John, Joey, Emmie and Colton.
