As Frank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frank leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patsy Chiofolo; his children, Hal Stone (Patti), Terrie Schafer, Lisa Fretz (Irvin) and Deneen Wingate (Pat); and his brother Sonny Chiofolo. He was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bruzdzinski Funeral Home (1407 Old Eastern Ave, Essex, MD 21221). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
