He was predeceased by: his grandson Dominic Crosby; and his parents, John Manlich Jr. and Elizabeth "Betty" Manlich. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Girard; his children, Samantha Manlich, Kimberly Manlich, Ryan Girard (Shirley) and Brionna Girard; his grandchildren, Ciera, Kiera, Gavin, Dalton and Julia; and his sisters, Heidi Welply and Christine James. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
